Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return and Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions for Dietary Supplements
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for customer health and safety, returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- If the product has been opened or the outer seal/protective seal has been removed.
- If the product has been used or partially consumed.
- If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
- If the product is not returned in its original condition.
- If more than 7 days have passed since the order was received.
3. Return and Exchange Conditions for Sports Accessories
Sports accessories may be returned or exchanged within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that they are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories, if applicable.
4. Accepted Return or Exchange Cases
Return or exchange requests are accepted in the following cases:
- The customer received a product different from the one ordered.
- The product arrived damaged or with clear visible damage upon delivery.
- There is a defect in the product or packaging caused by shipping or an error from the store.
In these cases, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and the order number so that we can review the request and take the appropriate action.
5. Shipping Fees
If the return or exchange is due to an error by Hyper Fit, such as sending the wrong product or delivering a damaged item, the store will cover the shipping fees related to the return or exchange.
If the return or exchange is requested by the customer due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or incorrect customer information, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees, provided that the product meets the return and exchange conditions.
6. Refunds
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved according to our return conditions, the refund will be processed through a suitable and agreed payment method.
The refund may be issued through the original payment method or any other available payment method chosen by the customer and supported by the store.
Refunds may take from 3 to 7 business days after the product inspection is completed and the return request is approved.
7. Cash on Delivery
Hyper Fit offers Cash on Delivery in areas where this service is available. If the customer refuses to receive the order without a valid reason, or if delivery fails due to incorrect customer information, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees or any charges related to the delivery attempt, according to the shipping company’s policy.
8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before it is shipped or handed over to the shipping company. Once the order has been shipped, it will be handled according to the return and exchange conditions stated in this policy.

- Customers should carefully review their order details before completing the purchase, including product name, flavor, size, quantity, address, and phone number.
- Customers are advised to read the supplement ingredients, usage instructions, and warnings before purchasing.
- Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a healthy diet or medical treatment.
- It is recommended to consult a doctor or specialist before using any dietary supplement, especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, chronic illness, or when taking certain medications.
